Niet voor het een of het ander, maar in het geval van tuig van de richel als Abou Jahjah hoeft het Vrije Woord helemaal niet beschermd te worden, of hoogstens tegen Abou Jahjah en zijn janhagel zelf. Dat soort criminelen heeft geen recht op "vrije meningsuiting", heeft geen enkel recht zich te beroepen op het Vrije Woord.
